We are always happy to explain all procedures and fees clearly before any treatment begins and offer various options to accommodate your financial needs.
Direct Billing and Estimated Co-Payment at Visit:
For your convenience, we will handle direct billing to your insurance. We kindly ask that you provide your co-payment during your appointment.
Since insurance companies and plans vary, we will do our utmost to maximize your benefits, making your claims as straightforward as our dental care; however, please note that insurance coverage cannot be guaranteed.
To avoid unexpected surprises, we recommend checking your insurance documents or contacting your provider before your appointment, as benefit companies may not notify dental offices of policy changes.
Whenever possible, we will collaborate with you to understand your coverage, but some benefit companies may not share details with the dental office.
To keep you well-informed, here are a few key factors to consider:
- Annual maximum
- Deductible
- Percentage of coverage
- Limitations on procedure types and frequency
- Exclusions
Additionally, it’s essential to understand the four roles in insurance:
- Employer: Selects the insurance plan based on cost and coverage
- Employee: The policyholder
- Insurance Company: Operates as a for profit business
- Dentist: Your partner in oral health. Our focus is on helping you achieve optimal oral health, not solely on your insurance policy.
Payment in Full at Visit:
Some insurance companies may not send payment directly to the dentist, as they are non-assignable. In this case, we kindly ask for full payment at your appointment, and we will submit the claim on your behalf so that your insurance company can reimburse you directly.
No Insurance? No Problem. We are always happy to provide a detailed explanation of all treatment costs before proceeding and can assist in arranging a payment plan with you prior to treatment.
